About the property

Bluebell Lodge is a lovely wooden chalet set in large garden with stunning views over the sea and across the Sound of Mull. Located on the hillside in the crofting village of Kilchoan, Bluebell Lodge is ideally situated to explore the charming village and the beautiful Ardnamurchan countryside around it. It’s a short walk to the local pub, tearoom and village shop as well as the convenient ferry crossing to Tobermory, where you will find charming painted shop-fronts, boat and wildlife tours, cafes and shops. Fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people, Bluebell Lodge is suitable for families and groups of friends, but it’s also very popular with couples looking for a bit of extra space. The property has floor to ceiling windows which allows for wonderful light throughout the day and unobscured, far reaching views of the sea, Morvern and the Isle of Mull. Comfortably furnished, the house has a warming multi-fuel stove which will ensure you stay cosy on cooler evenings. At the front of the house, there is a charming terrace and grassy area, ideal for children to play on.
All on one level, Bluebell Lodge has a large and airy living room and dining area, with a kitchen leading off. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and additional toilet and washbasin.

Lovely holiday as usual. Weather quite good and swallows with chicks nesting under the veranda.

We are long term visitors to the area which speaks for itself. The house is comfortable and well equipped with a big open plan living and dining area with a wood burning stove. There is a large verandah with a table and chairs and barbecue and 2 other picnic tables in the garden. It has WiFi and a dishwasher.Large covered area at the back for bikes.
