About the property
Located in Kilchoan with good views of the Sound of Mull and the Bay, Ardvaig is all on one floor with a colourful garden.The front door leads into an enclosed hall leads, on the right there is a large spacious living room with panoramic view across the Sound of Mull and open fire.
To the back of the living room is the dining room with a hatch through to the kitchen. Good size kitchen full size fridge, full size freezer and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine & tumble drier leading to the back door.One double bedroom with ensuite shower & toilet, double bedroom, family room, bunk bed and single bed, and bathroom.

We were 2 couples and we were greatly impressed with the standard and comfort of ardvaig. The house was spacious and the living room was the highlight with extensive views across the ocean and the surrounding area. The fact that there were 2 bathrooms was appreciated and the kitchen was well equiped. We were grateful that John and Jacqui from Steading found the house for us at very short notice.
