About the property
Smithy House is a handsome stone property in the heart of the village of Kilchoan, which was converted in 2010 to a luxury standard. It has been creatively extended and refurbished with a high quality finish that’s full of character. The homely, spacious living/dining room is warmed by a multi-fuel stove, and has views out towards the sea and the Isle of Mull and access onto the decking through French doors.
Downstairs there is an office area and toilet. From the living area, a bespoke oak staircase leads upstairs where there is are 3 beautiful bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 1 has a Superking bed which can be split to form 2 x Queen beds, Bedroom 2 also has a Superking bed which can be split to form 2 x Queen beds plus a full size bunk bed, Bedroom 3 is a double with ensuite shower room. All the bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed and decorated and have amazing views of Ben na Selig, the Sound of Mull and the north west coast of Mull. Each bedroom also has a smart TV from which you can access the internet as well as watching television.
Although big enough to host a large family or group of friends, Smithy House is an ideal, cosy retreat for couples looking for a quiet or romantic break away.
