About the property
Grigadale, a traditional farmhouse, stands majestically in 1800 acres of farm land amid a wonderfully rugged and beautiful landscape. It is located one mile inland from the most westerly point on the British mainland where the Ardnamurchan Lighthouse soars above the sea. With exclusive fishing of brown trout in two lochs and only a mile walk to the striking beach of Bay MacNeil there is much to be explored and enjoyed.
The large house, which dates back to the early 1900′s has been converted and extended with the upmost care and quality craftmanship. The enclosed garden has a picnic table and there is table tennis in the large barn. The beautifully decorated rooms are light, spacious and enjoy charming views over the surrounding grounds and out over the sea to the Isle of Coll. A perfect setting for the keen explorer, hill-walker, fisherman, wildlife enthusiast or someone simply seeking a tranquil, unspoilt corner of the world.
