The Byre – Sleeps 2

The Byre built in 1886, has now been creatively refurbished, giving a homely atmosphere. The house is fully heated guaranteeing a cosy stay, what ever time of the year. Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, bathroom & toilet, living room with multi-fuel stove. A spiral staircase in the living room leads to a small double bedroom with king size bed.

The Saltings – Sleeps 6

This comfortable house stands in its own fenced off garden, ideal for young children. Ground floor: hall with cloakroom leading to open plan living / dining area with separate kitchen and shower room. Bedroom with double bed, curtained off from the living room. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed and single bed, single bed on an open landing with balcony.

Caber Feidh – Sleeps 6

Caber Feidh is a well-appointed cosy and comfortable house. Ground floor: entrance lobby leading to open plan living / dining area with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Sleeping area with two 3ft beds (one stored under the other), curtained off from the living room. Upstairs: twin bed area on landing and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Ian’s Lodge – Sleeps 5

Set high up on the hillside, Ian’s “A” Frame has fine views over Kilchoan and the Sound of Mull, with the open hillside behind. Ground floor: entrance lobby leading to open plan living / dining area with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping area with double bed and wash hand basin curtained off from the living room. Upstairs, single bed on the landing and twin bedroom.

Strathconon - Sleeps 4

Situated high up on the hill, Strathconon, a wooden chalet, boasts wonderful views in all directions. All on the ground floor: entrance porch, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, shower room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Chris’ Ranch - Sleeps 6

The front of the house offers a terrace and grassy area surrounded by shrubs and trees . All on the ground floor: large and airy living room and dining area, with a kitchen leading off. One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower and additional toilet and washbasin.

Jack’s Ranch - Sleeps 8

Extensively refurbished in the last two years, this house is fully equipped to sleep 8 but is also suitable for smaller numbers. It is spacious, with terrace at the front and decking at the back, located amidst pleasantly wooded surroundings. All on the ground floor: kitchen with dining area and living room. One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, alcove with bunks for two (separated by a curtain), bathroom with shower and additional toilet and washbasin.

Comriach - Sleeps 6

This “A” Frame has been completely refurbished inside, and landscaped with paved patio at the front. Ground floor: entrance lobby leading to open plan living/dining area with separate kitchen and bathroom (whirlpool bath and electric shower). Sleeping area with double bed, curtained off from the living room. Upstairs: twin bed area on landing and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Garden – Fenced secure for children and pets.

Oran na Mara - Sleeps 6

Oran na Mara is a traditional croft house, sitting in its own secluded garden just five minutes walk from Kilchoan village store, and offers stunning views down the Sound of Mull. It has been tastefully upgraded to provide modern facilities while retaining a wealth of charm. Character features include varnished wood flooring downstairs, stripped wooden doors throughout, charming painted shutters upstairs, with a wood burner in the kitchen and in the lounge.

Ardvaig - Sleeps 6

Located in Kilchoan with good views of the Sound of Mull and the Bay, Ardvaig has a colourful garden in the heart of the village, it is all on one floor. It has a large, spacious living room which enjoys the best of the day’s sunshine.
