About the property
This is a well-appointed house which has been recently refurbished inside and out. Standing on the hill with views over Kilchoan and the Sound of Mull, the property is only a short stroll from all the village’s amenities and a wonderful base for discovering the beauty of Ardnamurchan. The back of the house looks out towards heather carpeted hills waiting to be explored. It is set in its own grassy garden, with a large new decking area at the front of the property with stunning views across the bay. The decking area has a table and chairs and there are also picnic benches in the garden which is enclosed by shrubs, bushes and trees.
The ground floor comprises an entrance lobby leads to an open plan living and dining area which has recently had a new heating system installed. There is a separate fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bath and a shower. The downstairs sleeping area is behind the lounge and includes two single beds and storage space and the bedroom is curtained off from the living room.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with storage and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The atrium area also has two single beds and leads onto an upper balcony with a table and chairs.
