About the property
Located in the small crofting community of Kilmory and just a short walk from a secluded beach, Balnaha enjoys picture-perfect views of the small Isles and Skye.
This single storey property has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, leading into a comfortable living room with a simulated coal fire. Situated in a well-kept private garden, Balnaha also has a utility room which benefits from a private water supply.
The double bedroom is en-suite and includes its own shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is a twin room and there is a further bedroom with bunks, as well as a family bathroom.
Balnaha is a bright, clean and welcoming property, ideal for those who want to experience a secluded rural retreat in the heart of one of Scotland’s most beautiful landscapes.

A great place to stay, to get away from it all with magnificent scenery. The boys loved the big garden and were able to make great use of this, we were very lucky with the weather. Lots of fun was had climbing on the rocks and looking for crabs down at the beach which is just a short walk away.
We would highly recommend a visit to Sanna Beach, we could not believe that we were in the UK and not on a Carribean Island, with the beautiful white sand and clear turquoise water, it was like being on your own desert island.
All the locals were very friendly, service was great wherever we visited. We would recommend the Kilchoan and Sonachan Hotel for food and service.
The only quibble we have are that electricity and linen were charged as extras whixh are normally included in the cost of most other cottages. As always – fantastic! Thank you.
