Borve House, Portuairk, Ardnamurchan
Borve House remains a firm Steading Holidays favourite for families and couples alike. It has a superb elevated hillside location in the settlement of Portuairk, with a good size veranda to take full advantage of the panoramic views across the white sands to Sanna Bay and out to the Small Isles and the Cuillins on Skye. Guest Reviews
“We were two couples and we were greatly impressed with the standard and comfort of Ardvaig. The house was spacious and the living room was the highlight with extensive views across the ocean and the surrounding area. The fact that there were two bathrooms was appreciated and the kitchen was well equipped.”
“A beautiful week in a perfect location. A lovely comfortable house with fantastic views ; love the sofas. Very relaxing and we will return again. Enjoyed being able to watch the tide as it came in and out. , “
“On arriving at Borve, everything was laid out as described in the emails. The cottage was perfect, clean and tidy! It was great to have a prebuilt fire ready to light. The view from the cottage is spectacular, you can see the other islands with ease. The location was perfect and peaceful with the option of a shortcut to the village. The surrounding beaches were beautiful and were only a short walk from Borve. Already looking into booking the cottage for next years trip. Thank you! , “
