It is surrounded by a large garden and overlooks the picturesque village of Kilchoan and the Sound of Mull which is great for watching cruising yachts, shipping and fishing boats The property is only a short stroll from all the village’s amenities, the local shop, community centre, play park and hotel and the ferry crossing to Tobermory, on the Isle of Mull.
Caber Feidh is a well-appointed house, which has recently been refurbished inside and out. The back of the house looks out towards heather-covered hills, just waiting to be explored. The decking area at the front of the property has a table and chairs, and there are also picnic benches amongst the many trees and shrubs.
The property itself comprises an entrance lobby leading to a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area. There is a separate, nicely fitted-out kitchen and bathroom with bath and a shower. The downstairs sleeping area is curtained off from the lounge, and provides two single beds and good storage space. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath. The landing area provides extra space for two single beds and has access to a lovely upper balcony with table and chairs.
